Having an anchor again is making him dizzy with relief. It isn't something he'd ever thought he needed, but after being without anything solid to hold him down for months, he's latching on now that he's found it again. He doesn't attempt to dislodge Vincent's hand on his shoulder, even when he half-turns back toward Robin.
There had been a pause after Vincent's question where Irahl did have to stop and think about whether or not he felt injured, but Robin's question jars him.
