Whether it's in response to the growing amount of activity and people all around them, or trying to function while so scattered, more of Phalanx's attention goes toward bundling themself up. Either way, it's good timing--white hair and weird, black eyes become a little harder to notice when they pull their hood forward and start trying to fashion a scarf over the lower portion of their face with their free hand.

At least for now, it's more believable that Robin is leading along some unfortunate person than a potentially magical monster.
